What happens if we exceed the AI-transcribed minutes in our plan?
You’ll never lose a recording. Once you hit your monthly allotment (1 000 / 3 000 / 10 000 minutes depending on plan), additional minutes are simply billed at €0.02 per minute and appear as a line item on the next invoice. A real-time usage bar in the dashboard warns you at 80 % and 95 % so there are no surprises, and you can upgrade plans with one click if overages become the norm.
Do we have to port our phone numbers to MEDZI?
Not at all. MEDZI is “Bring-Your-Own-Carrier.” We run on a Telnyx backbone but can connect to most Portuguese and EU telco providers via SIP or REST. That means you can:
• Keep existing numbers and contracts.
• Add new virtual numbers for specific campaigns.
• Mix and match providers for redundancy.
How is call data kept secure and GDPR-compliant?
Can we cancel or downgrade if needs change?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month by default—cancel anytime from the billing portal and your service runs until the current period ends. Yearly subscribers (-25 % fee) can downgrade or cancel early; we credit the unused portion minus the discount already taken. All data remains downloadable for 30 days after termination.
