How is call data kept secure and GDPR-compliant?

All audio, transcripts and analytics live on EU-based Hetzner servers. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256; data in transit uses TLS 1.3. You control retention—90 days, 365 days or unlimited—and can delete or export recordings at any time to meet Decreto-Lei 134/2009 or right-to-access requests. Annual penetration tests and our roadmap toward ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and HIPAA add further assurance.
